Following a jury trial, Defendant-Appellant Ron Alonzo Banks was convicted in the District Court of Wyoming of conspiracy to distribute more than fifty grams of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846; aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2; aiding and abetting the possession of cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2; possession with intent to distribute cocaine base in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1)(A)(i). Mr. Banks appeals his conviction for carrying a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime, as well as the District Courts denial of two motions to suppress. We take jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and AFFIRM.
